Product Introduction:The HQ-LSOG series ozone reaction tanks are constructed from 316L stainless steel, which provides high-strength anti-corrosion properties and resistance to both ozone and chloride ions. The design is fully compliant with the requirement of a C.t value ≥ 1.6, with a maximum working pressure of 0.6Mpa.
Product Features:
Optimized Reaction: The internal design features an advanced water distribution system and return baffles to ensure ozone is fully dissolved and in contact with the water, eliminating short-circuiting and providing high mass transfer efficiency.
Safety Discharge: A top-mounted automatic air release valve directs residual ozone to a destroyer, where it is reduced to oxygen (O₂) before being safely discharged into the atmosphere.
Easy Maintenance: The tank is equipped with a manhole for convenient inspection and maintenance.
